Don’t forget the dogs when you’re gift making – they’ll adore these.
Makes 120 • Ready in 40 mins
• 360g buckwheat flour, plus extra for dusting
• 2tbsp smooth peanut butter
• 30g oil
• 2 eggs, beaten
you will also need:
• bone-shaped biscuit cutter – we got ours from Lakeland
1│Heat the oven to 170C/Gas 3. Mix all the ingredients together with 90ml water, until combined and a thick dough.
2│Divide the dough in 2, wrapping a half in clingfilm, to avoid it drying out.
3│Dust the worktop with buckwheat flour. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 4mm. Cut out biscuits and place on a baking tray. Cook for 25 mins.
Tip: Buckwheat flour is gluten free so great for dogs
